PLANNING
1. A project starts with a collection of idea illustrations from magazines, photos and discuss these ideas with KCI. From here realistic measurements are discussed and budget created.
2. Next; is discussing the functionality of your project noting the requirements of providing or improving features and trades required to deliver a cost efficient, functional project.
3. Next step; establishes the style and elements that are to be used in your project.
4. The final step is ensuring the Plan includes all the fine detail, KCI will be thorough to ensure that color choices, style elements, functionality, sizes, product availability and cost meet your budget and plan.

KCI works with local administration to secure proper permits so to ensure your project adheres to building regulations. As part of our deligence we make sure to explain all changes and decisions in order to save effort, and save on cost.
